How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your EvenPay account:

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Send the request from your registered email ID or include your registered mobile number
What Data Will Be Deleted
User profile information (name, email, mobile number)
Authentication credentials
Profile image
Associated event participation records (where legally permitted)
Organizer wallet display data
What Data May Be Retained
In compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, fraud prevention policies, and dispute resolution processes, we may retain:
Transaction records
Payment gateway reference IDs
Vendor payout records
Audit logs related to financial activities
Retained data will be securely archived and will not be used for marketing purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 working days after identity verification.
